My name is Michael; I am a Navy Veteran and Virginia-licensed agent studying to become an InterNACHI Home Inspector.
My wife and I have realized difficulty as Home Buyers; we don't want pressure from buy-side agents. American homebuyers view 10 homes before deciding on one to purchase! But we wanted to look at 20 or more homes carefully before making a choice--and we did not want sales pressure while contemplating this serious decision!
We wanted to choose our agent when they "spoke" to us, with mutual rapport.
